Chris Conrad was a computer programmer in the energy industry for 17 years prior to becoming a Realtor. He fell in love with real estate, and has never looked back. After embarking on a successful two-year tenure with Bunbury & Associates, Chris took the leap and created the Conrad Development real estate brokerage with his wife and business partner, Ruby. The two share a passion for all things real estate: buying, selling, property management, development, and making people’s dreams come true. Chris recently became hopelessly addicted to running, and completed his first marathon in October of 2021. With three marathons now under his belt, he’s forever training for the next marathon. Ruby and Chris love living in the Vilas neighborhood with their precocious six-year-old daughter Naomi.
